This is a Noblet Artist, also called the Noblet 45. I picked this up a year ago in hopes of fixing it up, but plans have changed since 2020 happened.
The wood is in perfect shape. It's a beautiful clarinet. It needs new pads. It was actually sold to a 5th grade student BY A MUSIC STORE without the majority of the pads in it! I traded the family one of my working student clarinets for this.
It'll be an easy flip for someone with a repair shop.
