The Epiphone EJ-200 has always been a firm favourite of those looking for an affordable guitar which looks and sounds like a guitar in a much higher price bracket. Widely considered the King of the Flat Tops, this style of guitar was first manufactured by Epiphones parent company Gibson, and has been used by an unbelievable amount of singer songwriters over the years. This model is crafted in the Korean Samick factory which is revered for high quality instruments.
The reason it is so commonly used by these artists is that it offers excellent projection, with a lovely bright tone that vocals can accompany nicely. It manages this combination through the larger body type and the typically brighter tonewoods.

This guitar is in good condition, with some scratches on the body in line with its age, the main cosmetic issues are on the bridge as it is fairly scratched around the bridge pins.
The battery compartment has been removed meaning the electronics cannot be tested, in my opinion a quicker solution for anyone seeking to perform with this guitar would be to invest in a sound hole pickup.
The guitar comes with a Hardshell Epiphone case.
