This custom hybrid Guild & Benedetto guitar is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, expertly crafted for versatility and performance. Built with all original vintage Guild parts, this instrument remains in good working condition and has been played professionally in Las Vegas show work, jazz, country, blues, and more—adapting effortlessly to any style without needing multiple guitars.

This guitar delivers the high-end feel of a Benedetto with the flexibility of an EMG three-pickup wiring system. With the mini toggle switch, you can achieve the classic Fender Strat sound in an instant. The lightweight design, featuring a spruce top and mahogany body, makes it incredibly comfortable for long sessions.

✔ Neck Replacement: Upgraded to a Benedetto Fratello model neck, with custom abalone floral inlays and a Cremona model ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl inlays

✔ Bridge: Upgraded to a Gibson Gold Tune-O-Matic
✔ Electronics: Three EMG single-coil pickups with a mini-toggle switch for series/parallel pickup switching, allowing Strat-like tones

Condition & Playability:

This is a true working musician’s guitar, designed to be played and enjoyed. It exhibits natural wear and aging, including chips, dents, scratches, and lacquer cracks, giving it a beautiful vintage patina. The gold hardware has some tarnishing, and the binding has shrunk but can be replaced if desired. Currently strung with D’Addario 10-gauge strings, offering low action and smooth playability. The frets show minor wear but still have plenty of life left.
