Custom hand wound Jazzmaster pickups. Classic 50's / 60's, to modern higher output requirements. Vintage spec shorter magnets for the "pancacke" shape coil, results in a wider range coil spread.
Custom magnet / coil sizings on request for example: "Strat" like tones in a Jazzmaster enclosure.

Output Examples: Vintage : 7.5K to 8.2K. Vintage Hot: 8.2K to 8.6K             Contemporary: 11K to 14K. Strat Tones: 5.5K to 7K

Magnets: Alnico 2, 3, or 5 / Hybrid 5/2
Wire: 43awg / 42awg Plain Enamel, Poly Enamel, or Heavy Formvar
Bobbin Colour: Black
Magnetic Polarity: North or South Up Specify
Pole Spacing: 51mm
Coil Direction: CCW or CW Specify
Lead Wire: Waxed / Cloth Pushback White, Black or Yellow
Potting: Wax or Shellac

• Pickup bobbins - Individually handbuilt using laser cut vulcanized fibreboard flatwork and Alnico rod magnets
  
• Coil Winding - Individually hand wound with copper wire. Incorprating a scatter wound technique, reducing capacitance interaction between winds producing superior detail, dynamics and tone
• Coil Magnetising (Gaussing) - Hand magnetized using Neodymium magnets, RWRP for noise cancelling in position 2
