About This Listing

Introduced in 1966 this vintage hollow body is an absolute classic! I have had a number of Teisco guitars come through the shop and this has to be one of my favorites. It has great style and an undeniable vintage vibe. The hardware has a great patina that only comes from years of sweat and nicotine stains (I am sure they would clean up well if you want them to shine again but I decided to leave it). I did clean and polish the body to bring it back to its original glossy shine.

This guitar is in good shape overall. It’s missing the headstock logo and the Tremelo bar and selector switch are replacement. Aside from that is it all original including the pickups. The selector switch really gives you some cool tone options!

There is some finish cracks on top (finish only, wood is crack free) and a deep scratch in the back that has been touched up. Some neck binding missing near the headstock. See pictures for condition. Missing pickguard. Plays and sounds great! The 6th string will fret out on fret 17 but you don’t play up there anyway, the rest of the strings play clean all the way up.
