- actual 70s TDK fasel inductor for great 60s harmonics and tone. ( OPTIONAL sabbadius HALO or gagan wound SOD inducotr on request, $20 upcharge, contact us for option invoice at time of checkout)
- surplus transistors specially selected for low gain and vintage response. may differ from photos, but all are OLD stock low gain high quality selected for proper vintage tone ( modern transistors do not sound as good !)
-special orange drop and other caps and circuit mods, joe gagan's special recipe, developed from modding and designing hundreds of wah pedals.
-input volume trimmer for volume matching and HOTrodded wah tones! allows tailoring to single coils, humbuckers, or other pedals in your chain.
- HOTrod gain mod -- first transistor gain is jacked up with a special trimpot adjust. marked from our shop to the hotrod specs, but you can tune it to your setup.

INSTALL:
R&R PCB using the two screws and plug in.
adjustments are:
volume - set your volume to whatever you want the wah to sound like vs the bypass signal
bias- set the gain/growl, and also add a little low end as it goes clockwise.
both of the above are set to my favorite settings and marked in case you want to return to the stock settings.
TIP: set BIAS first. this is the key to low end and growl. once the voicing is where you want it, then set volume.
