Framus Atlantik TV 5/110 Television – 1966 German Vintage Thinline guitar Gitarre

This is the model „Atlantik“ by the german luthier „Framus“. To say it more acurate: This is the rare „TV“ Version of said model. A mix of the Framus „Television“ and of the Framus „Atlantik“. The model was only built between 1962 and 1968 and is therefore quite rare to find today. The Body is a semi acoustic full mahagony body. It was usually manufactured with a high quality tremolo and two pickups, just like this one. The fretboard is made out of rosewood.

The guitar is in close to perfect condition over all. There are barely any scratches on it. There is a patch on the side, possibly covering a crack or some other damage, but, since it is in similar color to the mahagony, it is barely noticeable. The rest of the guitar is in excellent condition as I said. The electronic works and both pickups produce a nice and clear sound, perfect for the sound of the 60s. The tuners work smoothly and hold the string tension well. The guitar got checked by a luthier, the fretboard got oiled and the frets got polished. The Neck is deadstraight, therefore the guitar is super comfortable to play.

I ship worldwide with DHL and with the DHL-shipping insurance wich goes up to 500€. I am not going to lie to you or blandish a possible transport risk like some other people do. International shipping can be dangerous and packages are sometimes treated roughly. If you however choose to have an international shipment, I will do my absolute best to protect the guitar. I have collected a lot of experience in the past on how to ship a guitar securely. I will take photos of the packaging and the exact condition of the guitar right before I ship it. You should know, that after shipping the guitar and entering the shipping number, I am not responsible for anything anymore and my job is done. But I will gladly back you up with the insurance case with said photos and exact details in the rare case anything goes wrong. The standart insurance I ship all guitars with is up to 500€.
