Hi everyone, up for sale is my vintage Silvertone 1476 "Bobkat" guitar with original case. It plays really well and the growl that comes out of this silver foil pickups is just amazing. Very clear and articulate with plenty of punch. I played it through my old Supro Royal Reverb and 1964 Fender Deluxe Reverb and always got compliments on my sound.
Its all original except its missing one of the little grommets that goes around the "high e" string's tuner. There are the usual dings and scuffs on the guitar but it really adds to the awesome mojo of this ax. The "Silvertone" decal on the headstock rubbed off at some point. There are no cracks or repairs of any kind on the guitar. Its super solid and is ready to be gigged. I just put a fresh set of Ernie Ball Cobalt strings on it and it sounds fantastic.
