There are some black marks in the finish on the side of the headstock (see pic) There are some splotches in the binding on the headstock (see pic)

Handling time before shipping is usually 2 or 3 days but sometimes up to 5 days for items that are not in our own inventory.

As per our shipping policy, for larger items, we use UPS or FedEx.
Instrument purchases need to have the buyer’s physical address as the ship-to (UPS and FedEx do NOT deliver to PO Boxes).
Buyers can request a quote for the additional shipping cost, in cases where USPS is preferred or an only option for the buyer.

Our official hours of operation for spring and summer are: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Wednesday and Friday; 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday Eastern Standard Time. We are closed Sundays. Our regular shipping days are Monday through Friday.
