Very cool 1950's vintage archtop jazz box. A lot of interesting features and a couple useful upgrades, like the period correct Framus pickup. The pickguard is repro and has volume wheel under it, easy to reach but hardly visible. The neck is large but a bit flat across the back, inproving the comfort. It requires sturdy strings to pull the neck right as there is a slight back bow and no adjustable truss rod. Fine with 11s or 12s. The sound is huge, with a big band vibe or a bit Gypsy-ish! Herr Im Frack means gentleman in tails, so this is a formal guitar ha!
