For sale is a 2016 MIJ (Made in Japan) Left Handed Fender Jaguar. This thing is in amazing shape with a bunch of upgrades. Plus, it was owned and played by the guitarist of The Aquabats, Ian Fowles. Its beautiful Olympic White finish has almost no noticeable scuffs, scratches dings or dents. Really great shape. Being only a little over 3 years old, fret life is at almost 100%. Neck is straight, and the headstock shows some amazing grain patterns. Guitar has been professionally set up and plays like a dream. Dunlop Straplocks have been added. The pickups have been upgraded to the Fender Pure Vintage '65 Jaguar pickups. The strangle switch has been changed to a series/parallel switch which when both pickups are engaged, turns them into a big humbucker. Quite a bit more useful than the strangle switch. Original bridge has been traded out for a Mustang style bridge. Included with the guitar is the trem arm, black vinyl strap and a soft case. When Ian originally bought this guitar it was set up with Johnny Marr pickups and switching which he has removed and replaced with the original switching and the upgraded pickups. Before making this change he used it live and recorded many tracks on The Aquabats upcoming album due out spring 2020. See YouTube link for video demo.
