A great battery powered clean boost/preamp. Made for Barcus-Berry transducers, but works for guitar pickups too. Try out some vintage tone! This will send your amp over the edge!
Note: 9-volt clip inside is worn, but works fine so I haven't replaced it.

The Super Boost Preamplifier is designed to provide clean, broad-band response for accurate, high quality reproduction with Barcus-Berry instrument transducers.
OPERATION: Plug the connecting cable from the instrument transducer into the jack designated "INPUT". This connection turns the battery power "ON". (Power is turned off when plug is disconnected from the input jack.) A standard musical instrument cord should be connected between the preamp "OUTPUT" and your stage amplifier or mixing console.
The Super Boost will give long reliable service with battery life in excess of six months under normal playing conditions. The preamplifiers operates on a single 9 volt battery which can be replaced by removing the front cover of the unit.
