A bit of history: "Orville By Gibson" was created in tribute to the founder of the brand Orville Gibson. The production started in April 1988, in order to fight against the "perfect copies" produced by Greco, Aria, Tokaï etc ... The production Orville was stopped in 1997.
Orville is a GIBSON, with Japanese know-how. Exemplary finish. The neck / body junction has been improved for even better sustain, which has been taken over by GIBSON USA.)

Very high-end model, very popular in Japan, (negotiated in Japanese stores from 190,000 Yen). Very good playability. Big sound, very very dense mahogany. Huge sustain and resonance. In comparison, it takes € 3,500 for his sister GIBSON.
Violin making and exceptional wood species.
Perfect balance, the original ’GIBSON PAF’ PU are precise, incisive and powerful, vintage as desired. Pop / rock sounds. Body, fret and frets very good condition 9/10. (see photos for more details). Note that the head was broken, and repaired. No impact other than aesthetic… and on its price at -35% of its cost (1800/1900 €).
