About This Listing

Juno 106

Sounds and works great! All voice chips work! Does not have the filter chip issue or the sub-osc chip issue (lesser known than the vcf issue but still something to check before buying a 106)

This 106 is a bit rough physically but not much worse than others I’ve saw. I took photos of the most obvious scratches and such. Will take more photos soon. Message me if you have an interest in this

Power cord replaced/soldered on. I’m not sure which but I think these originally had detachable power cords. The power supply “hums” because of this (I assume). The hum is NOT in the audio outs. Just in the physical unit. Ie you hear it in the room, not the audio outs.

Volume knob a bit scratchy when turning it. I’ll spray it with de-oxit but I’m sure it will return. The nature of things with 30 year old synthesizers.

Product Overview
Highly lauded for its programmability and classic analog sound, the Roland Juno-106 has earned a place in the hearts of synth-lovers everywhere since its release in 1984. Boasting six-voice polyphony, fantastic flexibility thanks to its MIDI capabilities, a hands-on interface for super-productive workflow, and digitally controlled oscillators for tuning stability along its analog signal path, the Juno-106 carried on the legacy of its predecessors, the Juno-6 and the Juno-60.
