For sale is this vintage 1964 Hofner Galaxy Model 176 electric guitar. The most deluxe instrument of it's type, this rare example has a trio of matching Staple pickups, and best of all, a Red & Gold Celtic-style (others refer to it as the Psychedelic pattern) vinyl body wrapping with red pearloid headstock veneer and fingerboard inlays. It works perfectly, and sounds great. An absolutely amazing looking instrument, this is great for both the Hofner collector as well as the player looking for a unique sound and look. This guitar includes the original snakeskin style hard case which is in rather poor condition.
