A super-rare and near-mint example of the Klein/Steinberger arrangement. This is a perfect example of the Kleinberger. The critical Steinberger one-piece carbon-fiber neck, the TransTrem, plus active EMG pickups. We prefer this specific series, as it's the ultimate collaboration between Steve and Ned. Utilizing the Steinberger components along with the perfect ergonomics of this unique body, it's truly the "best of both worlds". This is a beautifully preserved original and near-mint condition guitar.

This GK4T model features the Steinberger one-piece carbon-fiber neck, active EMG pickups, and the incredible Transposing Tremolo. The pickup configuration is one humbucker and two single-coils. This guitar has just been through the restoration process by Jeff Babicz (see attached invoice), so all of the critically important work has now been completed. Jeff dressed and mirror-polished the frets, and rebuilt the TransTrem, so it now functions exactly as designed. He also cleaned and restored all of the electronics, and did a complete calibration and set-up.

This Klein GK4T guitar will ship in its original black gig-bag with its Trans-Trem arm, a new black cotton strap, an extra set of strings, plus a copy of Jeff Babicz's work-order. Purchasing your guitar from a trusted source is critical when investing in these advanced technology instruments.

Shipping is $100 within the lower 48 USA states. Rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will vary. We're happy to ship overseas. International shipping is now available at $395. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering. Review our flawless feedback and order with confidence. Your complete satisfaction is our first priority. We reserve the right to cancel this offering at any time. Thank you for your business!

Beware! Caveat Emptor! Be forewarned! Attention Steinberger Buyers! This exact same following scenario has played out so many times in the past that we feel the need to make you aware. A customer often sees what "appears to be" a “bargain” price on a Steinberger instrument listed for sale somewhere on the internet, but on delivery discovers lots of issues and problems with his/her new purchase. After shipping the instrument to us for service, they find out that the cost for proper restoration far exceeds their original expectations. The customer then proceeds to tell us that it would have been less expensive to simply purchase one of our fully restored Steinbergers and would also have saved them weeks and the associated costs for multiple shippings and repairs. We don’t believe that these sellers are intentionally misrepresenting the instruments. They simply don’t have enough knowledge about these advanced guitars and basses to properly evaluate them. We are the world’s specialists on Steinberger guitars and basses. See our customer testimonials and our perfect customer feedback. If you’re seriously interested in owning a correctly performing Steinberger instrument, we are the ONLY company that can properly service your guitar or bass.
