I opened it up took pictures weighed it

looks like 1 solder joint was redone at some point
weight is 7.6 lbs by our UPS scale so it is as good as UPS scale could be with in reason
There is one super super super small indent in the first fret 2nd string other then that NO fret wear no pitting etc super condition
There is an imperfection in finger board between 3nd and 4th string seems to be a natural wood grain imperfection not wear from playing

Guitar is extremely clean. The guitar is set up and plays really well. Condition is everything and this one is near mint!
