The DW 6000 Series Ultra Light Hi Hat Stand is surprisingly easy to carry around - they've done as much as they can to eliminate any extra weight while still maintaining a basic level of strength. All said and done, this hi hat stand is 1/3 less heavy than the standard 6000 model.
This stand still has plenty of good features: a double chain, a sturdy flush base (old-school style) with a locking system for the pedal rods, bottom hat tilter, and memory locks.
