Vintage M. Horabe Model 25 with Original Hard Case. Original Owner. Rarely removed from hard case. Research on the internet indicates this model was made in Japan and distributed by JTG of Nashville. The Horabe Model 25 guitar was hand crafted in the Asturias workshop in Japan. Asturias guitars have a tremendous ratio of extraordinary build quality to cost. Asturias guitars utilize the finest tonewoods to produce numerous high quality models, including this now discontinued Horabe Model 25. The aged cedar top contributes to a warm articulation, balance, dynamic range, and power in all registers. A very resonant and clear sound. A beautiful voice. The lacquer finish is thin and glossy giving the instrument great sustain. It is easy to play, and has excellent trebles and bass response. The individual notes are bell like and there is no fretting out of any notes.
The Model 25, along with all Horabes, are quite rare.
