I'm selling my beloved 1968 Baldwin SD-10 9 foot concert grand piano. We are selling our current home and moving into a home that unfortunately doesn’t have the adequate space to house such an instrument. Im a professional pianist and this piano has been meticulously cared for while in my possession. It also once belonged to the late, great Dave Brubeck!

My piano technician, Randy Morton of Pacific Piano Supply, has always kept this instrument tuned, voiced, and regulated to precision.

This instrument is easily in the top tier of the hundreds (if not thousands) of pianos I’ve played. Easily rivaling any Steinway of its size, the Baldwin SD-10 was a collaboration between German piano manufacturer Bechstein and Baldwin to achieve the ultimate performance concert grand.

The piano is equipped with a German Renner action and has been voiced, regulated and tuned in the past month. New Wippen heals, shanks and flanger were installed in June of this year (see photos). The soundboard is in perfect condition.
I truly believe this is one of the nicest pianos currently on the market anywhere.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
