THIS ONE SHREDS LIKE NO OTHER, SOMETIMES THE GUITAR GODS SHINE UPON CERTAIN GUITARS LIKE NO OTHER, AND THIS IS ONE OF THOSE SPECIAL GUITARS, NEVER HAVE I SEEN THE STARS ALIGN AS TIGHTLY AND PERFECT AS THIS KRAMER, SIMPLY THE NICEST, TIGHTEST BUILT KRAMER I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY SHOP OR HAVE EVER SEEN IN LIFE IN GENERAL!!! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!
This was an Under the bed Find Played for a couple Years in the 80's it seems then put away! This one is one Rare piece of Guitar History as Kramer pretty Much Invented the Super Strat and this is One Bad Ass MoFo Strat! The Vintage Duncan's are some of the Best Sounding Pick-ups I have had in Strat in a Real Long Time! It has the 3-way Toggle to manage the Humbucker like no other, with Tap and Phase along with Straight up Shredding Humbucker! The Single Coils are both 1985 SD-2's and only cancel with the Hum on Tap. The tones you can create with this arrangement are endless and the best Strat Tones you will Ever Hear will Come From this Amazing Guitar! This was when Kramer was doing all kinds of cool stuff in the shop while building these Guitars. This one has Factory Original Solid Telephone Wire for all the secondary wiring , and it helps creates a solid warm tone that is as full as the pacific ocean! The Original Post Screws are as solid as a rock and create sustain for days the guitar is so tight and solid. She weigh's in like a Baby!! 8lbs 2 ozs!! Perfect! The back cover and allen Keys are long gone, but everything else is there and all original! She has Very Few Scuffs, dings and mainly Scratches, it is in Amazing Condition for its age. This Guitar needed Nothing it was so good, Just Polished the Frets and checked the intonation it is Perfect as is the tremolo Set-up, This is an Original Floyd with Screw in Bar that is set Perfectly to tighten and stop right were you need it! The neck Pocket is perfect with No Stress Cracks at all and the other cool thing is the original 1pc layer of Sand Paper they used as a factory shim in the pocket under the 2 lower screws, I love that stuff, Very Cool!
You will be amazed at how killer this one sounds! Just Look at the Killer USA Stuffed Guard and you can see that will Happen No Problem! THe cleanest most powerful sounding Strat Around, I was Blown away too!
