Fender Deluxe Active Jazz V 5-string bass guitar black with original nicely padded Fender gig bag

This bass is pretty clean. It plays and sounds perfect. It has had a string length intonation, nice low action with no fret buzz. New set of Ernie Ball strings. Frets have been polished and the fretboard has been oiled with Dr. Ducks. Very minimal fret wear. The electronics work flawlessly. This bass has zero issues.

Cosmetically, it does show some light wear with light picking swirls, minor surface scuffs and very light surface scratches (nothing deep or into the finish). The chrome is very clean and free of rust.  I also wanted to mention that in some of the pictures of this bass that I took outdoors make the finish look a little dull. Its not dull, its just that we have had torrential rain here in NC for the last week and my back yard is just total soup, so I can not seem to get any pics of guitars outside without a never ending condensation. So, there you go... this bass is highly glossy. Check the indoor closeup pics.

The walnut stripe on the back of the neck has just a little bit of a jagged edge in the last 3 or 4 inches up towards the headstock. I just felt like this is something I should mention. There is no issue with the truss rod (its fully functional), and there is no visible "crack" associated with the way this sort of slightly jagged edge "feels". I just didn't want you to get it and say, hey, this feels weird. Again. Its not an issue. Pretty typical of these things. I've seen it a lot on Strats and Teles too.
