Sorry I do not have specific frequency values. Also, the effect is a little too much for a bass guitar, so I recommend this unit for guitar only.

This pedal is super small and light and will fit well in a small space on your pedal board. Also keep in mind the 9v attachment on this one will power the on off light only.
The unit will actually work without power but it will be difficult to tell if its on or off. If you intend to have it on all the time you could just use the dial.
I also have this in cheaper $20 ultra compact plastic enclosure listed here as well.
