This bass came to me when I sold Lakland in 2010. I kept all finished unsold stock in the sale. It was built around 2007-2008. Not sure, it is probably dated in the neck pocket. Definatly pre - 2009.
It has the perfect wide (1.75") but flat neck profile. It is the best P neck I have ever played. I used it to model my D. Lakin Basses P bass model. At the time it was called the Bob Glaub Model. It's serial number is BG480.
The body is lightweight ash. It is the perfect weight coming in at just over 8 pounds. The e-string rings as well as any bass I have ever made or played. It has a beautiful highly figured birdseye maple fingerboard. In 2016 I changed the Pickup to a Curtis Novak vintage model. I think of this as an upgrade.
Comes with a new Mono Bass Sleeve.
I hate to sell it but I've got to make room for my new line coming this October.
