Rare made in USA Hamer bass from 1991! Natural figured maple body, EMG pickups and active tone circuitry. Controls are provided for volume, bass and treble, as well as a pickup balance control which fades between the "P" style and HB pickups. Internal DIP switches allow you to tailor the preamp's equalisation. A three piece stressed system neck of hard rock maple is hand fitted to the body at the eighteenth fret for superior access to the highest fret. Black ebony fingerboard, accented with pearl Boomerangs. Tuners are engineered in Germany for Hamer by Schaller. 34 inch scale, with twenty one medium oval frets. With its powerful sound and exotic appearance, the Chaparral "Max" bass is both beauty and beast.

No case or bag included. Full setup and service done in July 2019.
