Givens F-5 1990 Amber Sunburst

1990 F-5 Bob Givens (Serial No. 542) in Excellent Condition ! This is one of the strongest mandolins I have ever owned. It is a top quality professional mandolin, a late build by legendary luthier Bob Givens when he was at the height of his great career. Probably an Engelmann top, highly figured maple back, sides and neck, nice red- brown Amber sunburst In nitrocellulose lacquer. Fully bound with multiple binding, rounded V profile neck, ebony peghead overlay with the Givens logo and touch in pearl in the peghead. Slightly radiused ebony fretboard with one inch nut. Original ebony adjustable bridge and original gold Schaller tuners with pearloid buttons. James tailpiece with original tailpiece included !
