Applause AA-31 Acoustic Guitar

This an 1980's Applause Model AA-31 Deep Bowl acoustic steel string guitar.  It includes an SKB style molded hardcase.  Overall very good condition.  This Applause model has a wood neck and fretboard.  The frets themselves are in great condition, shiny and comfortable to play on.  The neck is straight and has an Ovation factory spec setup which can be adjusted to your liking.  In the picture you can see there is some finish cracking on the lower left bout top which in the six years I've owned it has not changed or gotten worse so it appears to be stable. It may have been attended to but I am not sure.  The rest of the top is quite glossy and beautiful.  The bowl back has no deep scratches or dents.  It has some white scuff marks that may be removable.  Part of one of the tuning machine bushing is missing but it doesn't affect the functionality of it as the guitar stays intune well.  
There is one last thing worth noting. When I received this guitar the high E/first string was actually a classical nylon string that was tied to the bridge which caused some denting on both sides of the string slot on the bridge. It is mostly esthetic as it also does not affect it’s playability and has not changed in appearance the time I have had it strung up with regular phosphor bronze light (12-53) acoustic strings.

 The Molded SKB-Style Case is designed for this type of guitar and it fits perfectly.  It just has mild scuff marks as well with no deep scratches or dents or cracks.  One of the bottom end feet is missing and I have covered the area with a nice wide durable thick piece of black electrical tape which makes it virtually unnoticeable.
