• We want to introduce the Wolf 5 String Bass made with selected walnut. The body is made with a beautiful choice of walnut. Dense and solid, Walnut is a tonewood you can rely on. Bright, but not as bright as the other hardwoods, it's an excellent choice. Weight is definitely a concern for a 5 string, especially with active electronics and a walnut body, but this baby is only 11 lbs!!! It's of a very nice quality, and we mean everything. It looks and feels very smooth. If we could give this bass a name, it would be the Walnut MilkyWay...The ebony fretboard is a common combination with the walnut because,well, it works! Maple neck with some walnut reinforcement so that this can last you. The wood quality is really good. We compared it to the woods of both guitars and basses with price tags of $1000 and over and Wolf actually had better wood! It might be because we pay extra to have all our Wolf basses and guitars specially manufactured with extra high quality wood. If you're in the market for a beautiful 5 string with active electronics that won't kill your neck and back, we recommend this one.

• Pick-ups and electronics are above average. As guitar and bass players ourselves, we compared Wolf pick-ups to other brands like Fender, EMG, and more. We found out that Wolf's pickups are not to be underestimated. Seriously, we could not tell which was better! If you are a really big fan of other pickup brands, then you can replace them, but we don't recommend it. We think Wolf pickups sound great and can hold their own.

• We at All In One Guitars do our own custom set-ups for each and every one of our basses and guitars. Each one is given special attention and is set up to give it the ultimate playability and comfort with precise intonation. Very rarely has any customer been disappointed with our set-ups(which of the few there were, have all been due to rough shipping), so we think that you will most probably be very happy.

Wolf has done a COMPLETE Reboot!
Do not compare Wolf instruments from before 2015 and not from All in One Guitars.
You may ask who or what is Wolf? They're MIK by brand with big funding, latest CNC machine so that means much detailing and accuracy.
Some people think Wolf is not that good, and people write bad reviews. Why? Because 2-3 out of 100 instruments are not up to quality, which is normal in guitar factories,
 but problem is some retailers that got from NAMM Show before 2015 still sell them without inspection!! Also Wolf has Active Electronics and Pre-amp settings are on full volume. It should be adjusted to players taste. Customers play it and get bad impression.
