Epiphone Electar Tube 30 Standard JJ Retube(TM) Kit with EL844's

Looking for more warmth and a great tone that's not brittle? This is our Standard Retube Kit for the Epiphone Electar Tube 30 amp. It contains a premium matched pair of JJ Electronic EL844's to drop the power a couple decibels along with two ECC83S's. Warm and sweet!

This Retube Kit is plug and play with no bias worries. These are completely different tubes than the stock tubes your amp came with. The JJ EL844's are a proprietary tube that JJ Electronic built at the request of Eurotubes.

Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.

If you play by yourself in a quiet environment or record with your amp you may want to consider using the EuroDamper Tube Damper Rings for the two power tubes. Combo amps are excessively hard on tubes because of all the vibrations. Even though we test for noise, no tube is immune to developing a rattle in this harsh environment. These are available here on Reverb in the Eurotubes storefront as a pair and will greatly decrease tube rattle.
