Are you looking for a very smooth singing tone with less grit and an earlier breakup from your power tubes? The preamp section uses five Gold Pin ECC83S's with being a current balanced Gold Pin ECC83S for the phase inverter in V4.
The power tubes are a premium matched pair of the JJ Electronic 5881's. The JJ 5881's are a Classic 23 watt 5881 in a traditional stubby bottle. "Jangle" for days and a very warm full tone. Right in-between the JJ 6L6GC and the JJ 6V6S in power. If you're looking for a little earlier breakup these are it.
Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.
