Classic "Hohner The Jack" 5 string bass. Custom comfortable shaved neck by John Jordan of Jordans Violins and upright Basses. Neck thickness from front to back has been reduced to 20mm. Also the area where the neck meets the body has been reduced for excellent upper fret access. New Bartolini active preamp with treble and bass concentric controls and active passive switch. Red LED does not work. New double ball GHS strings. There is a chip in the headstock G string holder that does not affect string holding ability but I will include a brass string adapter that allows use of any brand of strings not just double ball. The tuners have teflon and metal washers for smoother turning/tuning. The teflon washers are a big improvement. Gig bag included. This is a very solid and "Very Rare" instrument.
