Warmoth Gecko Custom 5 String Bass 2000's Red Sunburst / Seymour Duncan P/Us

Warmoth 5 String Gecko Custom Bass. Fantastic, book matched, flamed top with matching headstock. Seymour Duncan Baseline Pickups and Pre-Amp. Hipshot A-Style Wide Bridge, (this is the standard spacing of a Fender bass, FYI not some crazy WIDE spacing. :^)  See photos.) Pretty sure they are Gotoh Compact Tuning Keys, brass nut, non-smoking home, plays wonderfully, sounds incredible. I've recorded 2 CDs with this bass and the engineer essentially records it with no EQ adjustments... it sounds that good; fat and clear.

If you dig in, it will growl, and if you play normally it produces a wonderful piano / bell like tone. You'll love it. Of course, it has the Gecko inlay on the fingerboard which looks classy and boutique. There is one small blemish on the back of the neck midway that doesn't go all the way through the clear coat. I'm sure someone could touch that up easily if you choose. Other than that, it's pretty tough to find anything on this bass to show as a defect. I've tried to take clear and sharp photos.  :^)   Shipping is a flat $100. (I just shipped a bass and it was a bit more than this, fyi.) I'll ship it in a used Freedom case that fits it well. Footnote: A few questions on the size... from the nut to the saddle it's 35" on the low B. The body is ~20" from the end strap button to the end of the top horn... and the body is about ~12.5" at the widest point. Have a look at the additional photos. ~9.7 lbs. on the bathroom scale. Thanks!
