Very, VERY spectacular Katana with some very minor bumps. I am not one to bash the MEC electronics; personally they remind me of Ken Smith's preamps: a heavy boost gives very healthy, distortion-free active thump/bump/punch/growl/add-descripton-here. I wish I could get this tone out of my Peavey TL-5!
Fretwork is FLAWLESS and the action is wonderfully low. Bell-brass frets = awesome.
