Kentucky KM-380 Artist A-Style Mandolin - Solid Flame Maple Solid Spruce Top
The great Lloyd A. Loar designed the Classic mandolins of the 1920s—mandolins that set the standard for everything else that has followed. Saga® designed the KM-300 Artist Series of Kentucky® mandolins to incorporate many of the important features found in the most expensive custom instruments. Every mandolin in this series features the traditional Snakehead peghead design of Loar-era instruments and an adjustable truss rod. The 22-fret bound rosewood fingerboard features a modern-shaped extension and the compensated rosewood bridge assures perfect intonation.

Condition: This is a new back-stock instrument that has acquired some defects wile sitting in the original warehouse. Looks like it has dried out a bit. The end of the fret-board has begun to curl up and the bridge has cracked. (see pics) The instrument will require some work and will now be sold as is.
