The AS is a semi-acoustic guitar built to tackle just about any genre of music you throw at it. The pickups are mounted directly to the center block for increased sustain and feedback elimination.

The Ibanez Artcore AS7312 delivers the captivating jangle and bite of the renowned AS73, now in a 12-string version. Ideal for various genres from rockabilly to blues and beyond, this semi-hollowbody guitar adds a distinctive character to your music.

In the early days, hollowbody and semi-hollowbody electric guitars were celebrated for their expressive tone but plagued by hum issues. To address this, Ibanez and other manufacturers introduced specialized humbuckers like the Classic Elite models. These pickups maintain the AS7312 12-string's bite while eliminating unwanted noise, offering a unique sonic palette for exploration.

The neck plays a crucial role in the overall feel and playability of a guitar, which is why Ibanez opted for one of their most comfortable neck designs for the Artcore AS7312 semi-hollowbody guitar. Featuring a slim nyatoh neck profile and a smooth walnut fingerboard, it offers both comfort and playability for hours of enjoyment.
