Peavey Classic 30 "Low Output" Standard JJ Retube(TM) Kit

This is our standard Low Output kit and it contains a premium matched quad of JJ Electronic EL844's to drop the overall output a couple decibels, two standard ECC83S's for V1 & V2 along with a high current ECC83S for V3. This kit will maintain the gain in the preamp section and lower the output in the power section which reduces the headroom.

This Retube Kit is plug and play with no bias worries. These are completely different tubes than the stock tubes your amp came with. The JJ EL844's are a proprietary tube that JJ Electronic built at the request of Eurotubes.

The dissipation of the JJ EL844 is 25% less than a standard EL84 so using the EL844's will reduce the power a little in your amp.

Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.
