PHYSICAL CONDITION: Very Good - There are a few scratches and nicks here and there but no major cosmetic blemishes. There's a small tiny tear on the speaker grill located on the top side. There is dust trapped in hard to reach areas. There is oxidation on the metal hardware and some of the solder connections as expected for any electronics of this age. 

This amp looks great and has a charm not seen in modern organ amplifiers. Overall, this amp is in very good physical condition.

WORKING CONDITION: Very Good. This speaker was tested with a couple set-ups and it performs loud and clear.
