This is a unique “pinecaster” telecaster style guitar. It plays and sounds terrific! It is very lightweight as it was made from a 200 year old piece of “reclaimed pine timber”. The guitar has built and has been aged and is not nearly as old as it appears. This is based on the earliest versions for Leo’s design and that’s why pine was used in its construction. The builder used a Seymour Duncan in the bridge position that has that classic Tele “Bite”! The neck pickup is very “bell-like” and provides a vast tonal variance when combined with the bridge pickup. The neck is a 7.25” radius maple neck with the classic skunk stripe! The frets are medium and look and feel great! Tuners are aged and are vintage style and hold tune very well. The guitar has been professionally set-up and has the aged three saddle brass bridge. Top it all off with a vintage hard case and this should make any “Tele” lover insanely happy!!!
