The aesthetic vibe of this head is made to match its inconceivable vintage sound. It's got that simplistic, classy look, with large Marshall logo on front. The perimeter is surrounded by gold lining and the front control panel is a sleek gold. The tone from this head perfectly recreates that of the inimitable Marshall 1959SLP. This head has 2 x ECC83 valves, with 1 x ECC83 (phase splitter) and 2 x EL34s. You can choose between four different inputs with high and low sensitivity loudness controls. The Studio Vintage 20W head also features 3-band EQ, presence control, DI output and power reduction to bring it down to 5 watts when you need to stay quiet. Made as a much more manageable version of the classic 1959SLP, there's no limit to where you can take this head. Its scaled down size allows you to bring it to the studio or smaller gigs. There's even a convenient carry handle on top so you can take it wherever you go, without a hassle.
