Here's a neat guitar! Brownsville is Sam Ash's now-defunct house brand and they made some surprisingly high quality instruments in the '90s and early '00s. Sturdy Korean build, good materials, excellent upper fret access, three "toaster"-style pickups... This thing is a tone beast! The three pickups with 5-way switch allow for lots of tonal options to mess around with, and the semi hollow body is light and pleasantly resonant. The bridge has some sag to it (see photos), but because it has adjustable saddles, the action is adjustable and the radius is correct. This thing really feels like it should be worth more than it is. Cosmetically there are a few finish scratches but everything works as it should. A great guitar for the value!
