Christian Brooks Leather
This is a handmade leather strap made by celebrity leather smith Christian Brooks. Christian makes all his custom leather products from scratch, including guitar straps, camera straps, drum stick bags, boot bag purses, laptop bags and other custom leather products, with hand stitched products with genuine top grain leather and oak tan back leather. Some products are made out of suede.
Christian was close childhood friends with Stevie Ray Vaughan and made his iconic “SRV” guitar strap that was always used with his “Number One” Stratocaster. This strap can be seen on the famous Austin City Limits Performance! Christian has also made guitar straps for B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top, Don Henley from the Eagles, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Kenny Wayne Shepard, and John Mayer among others. He even hand made a custom purse for Ann Richards for her inauguration in 1990, which she happily wore!
