Ampeg SVT CL Classic ECC803S Option JJ Retube(TM) Kit with 6550's

Want a little less gain and really thick mids? This is the ECC803S Option Retube Kit for the Ampeg SVT Classic - AV Anniversary and Heritage Amps. For the front end this kit contains two Long Plate ECC803S's for the preamp stage and two current balanced ECC82's and one current balanced ECC83S for the driver stage. The power tubes are a premium matched sextet of the JJ Electronic 6550's. The JJ 6550's have been used in all Ampeg SVT's since 2011. They are a great sounding tube with more warmth than other 6550's.

Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.

If you want all the power and fidelity to get from your amp to your speakers then check out our custom made 10 Gauge speaker cables in our Reverb storefront. These cables are the largest cables made and leave no frequency unheard! These are ¼" to ¼" jacks because the 10 gauge cable is too large for Speakon connectors.
