This is a Concord reel to reel. Concord, as far as I know, was a subsidiary of Ehrenreich Photo-Optical Industries Inc., based in Garden City, Long Island.  In the 80's, that company would be absorbed by Nikon.

Regardless, this reel to reel tape deck dates from 1969 (as seen in the brochure image).  I'm also selling a spool of Ampex tape that is just about brand new.  I used this deck as a tape echo effect.  I tested record and playback and had no issues.  There are two 1/4 inch inputs, and apparently you can record to one track while listening to the other (sound on sound).  There are light up V.U meters as well, which work fine.  My acoustic guitar test recordings sounded surprising nice and warm with just a Shure SM-57 plugged directly into the input.

It has 3 recording speeds, and an 'Echo' mode which the brochure describes as for 'reverb effects'.  Sounds cool, but I never tried out this function.

Transport controls, playback and record and V.U. meters all work.  Cosmetically it's not in bad shape, but just a few signs of wear for its age.
