Vintage Fender Japan Strat MIJ 62RI Olympic White Reverse Nitro Relic Neck Hendrix Tribute Rare Guitar 7.6 lb Tweed HSC

Here’s a vintage 1980s Fender MIJ E serial '62 reissue Hendrix Tribute Stratocaster in original Olympic White naturally aged finish. This is an interesting custom build with all Fender Japan components (JV neck plate and a vintage 1980s MIJ body and neck). It's loaded with staggered pole pickups, vintage full size pots, upgraded 5-way made in USA CRL switch, and a very rare single-ply pickguard.

It has some fantastic natural players wear and a sweet relic look. The tremolo block has been fully rebuilt with an upgraded to a full size Kluson tone block with vintage string spacing, and all of the saddles are lubricated and fully functional.

The Maple neck with Rosewood fingerboard features 7.25" vintage radius, 21 vintage frets, .84” / .91” medium C profile, 1.64” / 41.8mm upgraded reverse bone nut, and original Gotoh Japan tuners. The finish is mostly original, with the headstock showing vintage wear, and the back of the neck has a satin dark aged relic finish. The headstock of the neck appears to have been refinished at some point in nitro lacquer. The original Fender Japan model stamps on the back of the neck heel are still intact verifying it is a MIJ neck.

This guitar is set up in left-handed reverse Hendrix fashion (with no extra holes on body) with GHS boomers 10/46. strings. This is a great set up if you are a right handed player that prefers to play in reverse (or a lefty player wanting a vintage reverse Hendrix flipped Strat).
