1986 Gibson Melody Maker in Ferrari red.
This is a totally original guitar apart from the knobs which I changed to Gibson speed knobs but I have the originals and they will be sent with the guitar.
I have owned this guitar since the 1990s. It has been extensively gigged throughout the UK, Europe and the USA. It therefore has a few "life scars", but nothing that impairs the playing of the guitar. Everything works, it has a really playable neck and it holds its tuning well which is not always the case with old Gibsons. It is a out and out rock/ punk guitar. Simple, basic, raw and straightforward. It is 32 years old and a proper relic'd guitar. Probably older than a lot of the folks viewing it.
Serial number 83656549. Not too clear in the picture.
Soundcloud clip is guitar through modded Super Lead LHS and fab YJM RHS. No effects.
I will ship outside of the UK and the buyer should contact me and I will advise the shipping rates as per Royal Mail.
