Gibson Les Paul Junior 1957 TV Yellow w/ Added Neck Humbucker

Here's about the coolest 'player grade' guitar you'll ever see....1957 Gibson Les Paul Jr in TV Yellow! Mojo alert on 12. Here's the skinny: Original neck/body, original finish, and original P-90 in the bridge. The guitar was of course modded for a humbucker in the neck, which is a PAF style Dimarzio from the 70's! The cavity is slightly enlarged for the humbucker, and the pickguard, which was modified. The electronics are changed (pots & caps), along with the tuners, bridge, and tailpiece. Lastly, the headstock had a slight fracture, that's been professionally repaired. Important to note that it's NOT a headstock break. It's as solid as can be!    

With all that said, here's the bottom line: the guitar plays & sounds incredible!! The neck is a perfect, full '57 profile, and is absolutely butter. Low action from top to bottom. The guitar has a refret as well, which adds to its exceptional playability. Also important to note....the guitar is acoustically LOUD, resonant, and light weight. Just a great piece of wood. The original bridge P-90 is magical....strong, full, and punchy. The Dimarzio humbucker in the neck has great clarity, especially for being in the neck position. It's a perfect match for the guitar!
