Alvarez 5040 Koa

This is a beautiful Koa vintage Alvarez. I found this in a storage shed of someone who intended to learn guitar. Dusty and with a tuner screw snapped at the head it was sitting collecting dust. I bought it and replaced the screws. Stays in tune great. The fretboard was a bit dry so I soaked it in fretboard oil from Gibson. Polished the frets back to a shine and polished the whole guitar. It's really in great shape. Great action. Balanced tone. Emailed the company for more info. It's all Koa laminate top back and sides. Made in the 80s in Korea.
