Up for sale is a Roland RD-1000 electric piano in perfect working condition. It comes from Studio East in Charlotte NC which is the former Arthur Smith Recording Studios. Arthur wrote the song " Dueling Banjos" and successfully sued the movie "The Deliverance" for stealing his song, which they did. He also wrote the hit song " Guitar Boogie" and the James Brown hit song "Papas got a Brand New Bag" was recorded and mixed at Arthur Smith, allot of history there.

This Roland RD-1000 was purchased brand new by the studio and has been there ever since. It comes with the factory stand, foot pedal system and power chord. Used for session work only its one of the finest Electric Pianos ever made and has been used on stage and in the studio by artists such as Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Donald Fagen, Micheal McDonald and many others.

I am listing this for local pickup only, its big and heavy and will require a van or truck to pick up. I can help load the piano into your van or truck.
