The Peavey 5150 is an all-tube guitar amplifier that was the signature model for Eddie Van Halen through out the 1990's.
The 5150 has 120W of smooth crunch maddness! The pre-amp contains 5 12AX7s and the power-amp uses 6L6s the combination provides tons of gain. High and low gain inputs, and the 2 channel preamp is switchable from the front panel or via a footswitch. The rhythm channel features pre/post gain controls as well as bright/crunch switches. The lead channel has controls for pre/post gain only. Both channels share 3-band EQ, presence, and resonance controls. Switchable post EQ effects loop. 16, 8, or 4 ohms with preamp output.
