This is a mid to late 1980s Japanese made ESP custom shop Mirage Deluxe guitar, made before the ESP Custom Shop business was moved to 48th St Guitars in NYC in 1988.
The Japanese Custom Shop models usually had an unbranded neckplate with the typical ESP heelcut bevel, and no visible serial number. I have not pulled the neck off, but usually there is documentation pencilled in here... there are no factory records on serial numbers for the ESP guitars from this era, however the guitar is genuine, please research the 80s Japanese Custom Shop guitars to be comfortable that you are indeed getting a genuine custom shop guitar.

This is all original, ESP branded tuners, neck pup and floyd bridge. Bound maple neck.

Bright and clean, typical Japanese hand-crafted perfection.
The body has a few dings in the lacquer. Only cosmetic, does not affect playability at all. Please see photos for detail of these.

Minimal fret wear, neck in perfect condition. Sounds excellent. Electronics in good condition. Plays perfectly. Neck straight.
